KATHARINA DIERKESMSc. Geography Diplom Geographin (MSc equivalent) GIS Consultant - The MapRoom Member of the Hydrogeological Association of Namibia. maproom@iway.na KEY QUALIFICATIONS: GIS applications, GIS data management, Mapping, GIS training, Hydrogeological Investigations. Katharina Dierkes is a trained Geographer at the University of Regensburg, Germany. After graduation in 1997 she became founding member of Bittner Water Consult cc in 1999, a Namibian based groundwater consultancy. During this period she gained experience in using GIS as a tool for groundwater investigations. In 2005 Katharina became an independent GIS consultant, involved in several town planning, groundwater, environmental, mining and water engineering projects in Namibia. |
